PLAN DRAUGHTING

Choose from different options, each demanding a different fee structure. These are as follows:

• To submission level
• Limited Supervision
• Full supervison, excluding project management.
• Full supervision, including full project management.

Each option has a different fee structure, and can be negotiated depending on the complexity of the project.

INTERIOR DESIGN SERVICES

Litchveld has a full-time interior designer on staff to attend to all the interior designing needs of our clients. Our accumulated experience range from the restoration of the “Old Presidency” in Bloemfontein, to modern up-market interior design tailored to our client’s needs.
